Katherine May Manasan is the woman behind KITE — a creative founder, storyteller, and heart-centered leader who believes that when women live with Kindness, Integration, Truth, and Empathy, they rise into the most authentic versions of themselves.
KITE was born from Katherine’s own becoming — a journey through success and surrender, leadership and healing. After years of guiding others in their external pursuits, she felt a deep calling to create a space that nurtures the inner journey — a community where women could reconnect with their values, their softness, and their truth.
For Katherine, Kindness became the permission to rest and begin again. Integration was the healing of all her identities — the alpha, the dreamer, the healer, the woman. Truth was the courage to live aligned with what felt real, not just what looked right. And Empathy became the bridge — the way to connect, create, and lead without losing humanity.
